About Nieuwpoort
Nieuwpoort is situated in the Flanders region of Belgium and lies on the river Izjer. It boasts good weather conditions and south south- westerly breeze which ranges from 5 to 25 knots.
The KYCN Yacht Club attracted 70 sailors to its Europa Cup regatta in 2010 and will be familiar to many of you as it was the venue of the 2008 European Laser Senior Championships.
Other Information
T-shirts will be given to all competitors. A dinner party will be held on 28 May 2011. Showers and toilets are also available on-site.

Driving Directions
Motorway E40 (Dunkerque Ostende) Exit No 3 (Nieuwpoort). After 2kms turn right, direction Nieuwpoort Stad. Continue straight on until you reach a roundabout. Turn left onto the dual carriageway. After 1km take the first right, direction Oude Haven and KYCN. Take the first right then the first left, direction KYCN.
