Day 3 of the Lugano Europa Cup regatta was a carbon-copy of the second day. Two good races in the Gandria canal, in 8-10 knots of southerly breeze.
A sunny and warm day awaited the competitors the second regatta day, and, also unfortunately, a complete lack of wind.
