Available to download below is a form for members who require assistance with a quality complaint. Please ONLY complete this form if you have already spoken with your local dealer and the manufacturer and have not been able to reach a satisfactory response. This form is only for use if you can show you have attempted to resolve the issue with your dealer and the Laser manufacturer.

The ILCA Technical Officer will review your form in the first instance. He will discuss the case with the Technical Measurement Committee and if necessary recommend a course of action to the builder. If these cases cannot be resolved at this level then they will be reviewed at World Council, which meets twice a year.
Please note that ILCA will not get involved in these cases unless the ILCA member can show that he has made all reasonable representations to the dealer and boat manufacturer first.
