Olympic World Cup - Sail Melbourne - Day 3

After yesterdays light winds racing, the Sail Melbourne World Cup Regattas continued today in medium conditions with all four Laser fleet sailing two races. In the Laser Standard-fleet Michael Leigh CAN climbed up to first again after winning the second race of the day. Clayton Johnson USA couldn't repeat his strong performance of the the previous day, but still remains in the second position only two points back. In the fleet of the 18 Radial women from 10 nations, Paige Railey USA and Marit Bouwmeester NED both won a race today and keep on leading the ranking. Seng Leong Koh SIN is clearly dominating the Radials Men, second placed Elliott Noye AUS follows ten points back. In the 4.7-fleet, Lloyd Collings AUS could defend his lead in spite of Ella Evans AUS winning both races today. The series keep on going till Friday.
