Today with an overcast sky and a breeze aroung 20 kn, the second event of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Classes World Cup will begin on the waters of the Biscayne Bay off Miami. As from tomorrow, the wind will change to a Norhterly direction and the temperatures will be lower according to the forecast.
