The Laser European Masters at the Costa Brava ESP continued yesterday with two races sailed in sun and a moderate 8-12kn wind. Ian Jones GBR defended his lead in the Radials (group Masters, Great Grand Masters, Legends) with a two point advantage on Monica Azon ESP on 2nd. In the other Radials group (Apprentice and Grand Masters), Jon Emmett GBR is the clear leader with 3 bullets. Alan Clark CAN and Michiel Pals NED are the first challengers.
In the Lasers Standard (Apprentice, Masters), Jordi Capella ESP remains on top ahead of Ray Davies CAN and Alessandro Sartorelli ITA. In the elder group (Grand Masters and Great Grand Masters), Carlos Martinez ESP is now the sole leader. Ari Barshi DOM and José-Luis Doreste ESP follow on the ranks 2 and 3.
