Laser - Split Olympic Sailing Week - Split CRO

After a two days' windless begin, excellent sailing conditions with a breeze around 15-17 kn prevailed on Saturday and Sunday of the Split Olympic Week, and six good races could be completed. The local favorite Milan Vujasinvic CRO dominated the Laser Standard fleet with four race wins despite of a strong competition. Tonci Stipanovic CRO and Daniel Mihelic CRO on 2 and 3 completed the Croatian success. 39 boats from 10 nations participated.
Three wins on the last day made Sophie de Turckheim FRA the clear winner of the Laser Radial Open class ahead of Tina Mihelic CRO 21 entrants from 5 nations participated.
