A southerly breeze of 12-13 kts on the Clyde for the penultimate day of the Laser Radial World Youth Championship, provided ideal conditions for the 320 competitors as they were regrouped into Gold, Silver and in the case of the Boys Bronze fleets. Erika Reineke USA remains odds-on title favorite in the Gold Fleet, after adding another first for a 27-point lead over the light-air specialist Manami Doi JPN who capsized once yesterday.
