The breeze finally arrived on the Clyde and provided for a good days racing. A steady 9-knot SSWly allowed the 320 sailors to finish their qualifying races. In the girls division (7 races, one discard) Erika Reineke might be only 17, but displays rock-solid confidence and sailing performances, clocking up another first today and two to grab the overall lead from Manami Doi JPN. On the boys side the standings only reflected four races. In the lead Tadeusz Kubiak POL, followed by Hermann Tomasgaard NOR and Luca Antognioli ITA. Today, the fleets are split in Gold and Silver. Four more races are planed for the finals. The report, and the results page.
