Thursday was another day with light and shifty winds and therefore tactically challenging races. With two bullets yesterday, Nick Thompson GBR clearly extended his lead on Bruno Fontes BRA, Jean-Baptiste Bernaz FRA and Andreas Geritzer AUT in the Laser Standard, as they all had their weakest day so far. As from today, the regatta continues with a Gold and Silver fleet.
Paige Railey USA continues to control the Lasers Radial, and - finishing 1 and 3 - she could extend her lead to 18 points. Alicia Cebrian ESP on the 2nd place has also already an advantage of 19 points on the 3rd Allison Young GBR. The daily report and the video of the day.
