Light winds prevailed yesterday on Guaranaba Bay in Rio for the first races of the 2015 Olympic Test Regattas in the Lasers and RS:X windsurfers. The Lasers sailed their two races each in a 6 - 10 kn breeze at the very back of the Bay.
At equal points on top of the Standards are Pavlos Kontides CYP and the local favorite Robert Scheidt BRA. Karl-Martin Rammo EST follows on rank 3 with a 5 points' backlog. In the Radials, the favorite Marit Bouwmeester NED is on first in front of Veronica Kozelska CZE and Gintare Scheidt LTU.
