A fresher breeze around 16 kn prevailed on the last day of the Laser European Masters Championship in Hvar CRO.
In the Radials, John Emmett GBR was already the premature new European Champion and remained ashore. Ian Gregory GBR and Steven Smith GBR, both winning a race yesterday, completed the all-Brit podium. The best women Monica Azon ESP dropped on rank 5 on the last day of the event. 87 participants from 14 nations.
Thanks to the second discard in effect, Jose-Luis Doreste ESP reclaimed the first place in the Lasers Standard and finished the Championship 4 points head of Wolfgang Gerz GER. Tomas Nordquist SWE earned Bronze. 74 participants from 16 nations.
