The Laser European Masters ended yesterday with a single race sailed in moderate winds. Winning this final heat of the Lasers Radial, Stephen Cockerill GBR secured his fourth Masters title, ahead of Alessio Marinelli ITA just one point behind. Ian Jones GBR on rank 3 took the Bronze medal. Dominqiue-Yves Spichiger SUI follows on the 48th place as best Swiss.
The outcome of the Lasers Standard was also very tight. Carlos Echevarri ESP is the Champion two points ahead of the tied trio Michael Nissen, Alan Davis GBR and Benoît Meesemaeker FRA. Markus Ochs SUI on the 11th position missed the top-10 by just one point. The final report (f) (PDF)
