Two races were sailed on the first day of the Laser European Masters. In the Laser Standard fleet, Kyriakos Karakis GRE (Apprentice Master), Carlos Palombo ARG ahead of Mauro Lentini SUI (Masters) and Wolfgang Gerz GER (Grand Masters) are on the first places. In the larger fleet of the Lasers Radial, Ian Jones GBR (Apprentice Master), Jogo Ranmos BRA (Masters), Peter Whipp GBR (Grand Master) and Mike Kinnear GBR (Great Grand Master) are the leaders.
