Laser - Master European Championship 2010 - Big leads in Laser Standard, close racing in Radials

After five races at the Laser Master European Championship in Limassol CYP, the class leaders in the Laser Standards are comfortably established. Kyriakos Karazis CYP won four races in the Apprentice division,while Ari Bashi DOM leads Carlos Palombo ARG by 11 points in the Masters. But all this is dwarfed by Wolfgang Gerz GER. The former Finn Gold Cup winner has a whopping 18 point lead in the Grand Masters. Racing is much closer in the Laser Radials. In the Grand Master only four points separate John Reay GBR and Michael Pridham GBR, while Ian Rawet GBR und Mike Kinnear GBR are tied in points in the Great Grand Masters. A little more cushion for Jogo Ramos BRA in the Masters and ELena Papazoglu CYP in the women's division. More on the event site.
