Yesterday, the first two final races of the Laser Standard European Championships have been sailed in light winds. In the Standard Seniors category, Paul Goodison GBR extended his lead to 32 (!) points and can hardly be hindered to collect another international title. New pretenders for the podium have appeared: the ISAF Youth World Champion Pavlos Kontides CYP is now 2nd, Tonci Stipanovic CRO 3rd.
In the Youth category, Philipp Buhl GER extended his lead further. Wojciech Zemke POL, Gijs Pelt NED and Karl-Martin Rammo EST will be fighting for the ranks 2 - 4. The event-website, up to now without the latest daily report.
