A 10 kn breeze with a strong current prevailed on the first day of the Laser Europacup event in Belgium. Two races could be sailed. Wannes Van Laer BEL has taken the lead of the Lasers Standard followed by Joaquin Blanco ESP and Lander Balcaen BEL. With 50 boats from 10 nations, the Laser Radial fleet is the largest one. Marcin Rudawski POL leads ahead of Anthon Pieters BEL and Nikolaas Van der Look BEL. Pauline Bryère FRA on the 5th place leads in the women's rankings.
