Fog and shifty winds prevented racing on Saturday at Matoshinos POR, but on Sunday, all three fleets could sail four races at the Portugese Europa Cup act. In the Laser Standard class (15 participants/3 nations), Marko Peresa CRO was the winner. The Swiss Olympian Nathalie Brugger SUI was first with the Lasers Radial (43 participants/5 nations) on the occasion of her comeback after the Games, and Jose Valente POR was on top of the 21 Lasers 4.7.
In the Europa Cup overall rankings, no changes occurred. The Vigo ESP and Hvar CRO Europa Cups are still pending. All overall classifications.
