Laser - Australian Championship 2010 - Adelaide AUS - Day 4

Yesterday was the lay day in Adelaide before today, the last qualification regattas will be sailed. The results of the first race of today have already been posted: In the Laser Standard class, Tom Slingsby AUS was again the winner in this 7th race, and he is definitely on a winning track for the Championship title. Ashley Brunning AUS holds a solid 2nd rank, followed by Christoph Bottoni SUI who advanced to an interims podium place with a 4th rank in race 7. In the Laser Radial class, Seng-Leong Koh SIN has taken back the lead ahead of Mohd-Ramzi MAS and Mohd Afendy MAS. With a 2nd race rank, the Junior Maxime Mazard FRA has progressed to the 4th position. Laura Baldwin AUS on rank 5 remains the best female sailor. Thanks to the discarded result, Laszlo Horvath FRA is now the clear leader in the Laser 4.7 class, followed by Terence Choo SIN and Lloyd Collings AUS.
