Sunshine, 8-12 kn breeze and huge fleets for the first two races of the Laser 4.7 European Championship on Lake Hourtin near Bordeaux yesterday.
The fleet of the 232 Boys was split in four groups, and after the first day, two Laser sailors from Turkey are leading: Mustafa Onur TUR (2/1) is on top ahead of Tora Kutoglu (1/3) and Maximilian Stein GER (4/1).
For the Girls, the group rankings lists (59 boats by group) have not yet been consolidated. In the blue group, Anna Liebmann ITA (2/2) is first ahead of Sara Diaz ESP and Ida Voutilainen FIN. In the white group, Noora Koskiahde FIN is on top in front of Sofia Toroi and Vasilea Karachaliou GRE.
