For the third consecutive day it seemed another day of no-sailing in Torbole, lake Garda, for the Europe Cup Laser Class. But at 2 pm the Ora, the wind from south, came in and the 475 participants at the event had the chance to race another regatta. In the first group of the Laser Standard the Italian Michele Regolo, leads his group for the entire race crossing first the finishing line in front of two other Italians Carlo de Paoli and Uberto Crivelli Visconti. In the other group Pasquale Vitualiano gets first at the first buoy, but the Polish Karol Porozynski reaches him during the downwind leg and overcomes him. The Polish keeps the lead until the end and crosses first followed by the Italian Giacomo Bottoli. The final standings are: Karol Porozynski first followed by the Croatian Ivan Taritas who finishes this race with a tenth place, third the Josh Junior from New Zealand.
In the Radial the Italian Giovanni Coccoluto makes an incredible race and finishes first the race and gets first in the final standings followed by the Byelorussian Tatiana Drozdovskaya, who finishes just tenth but first amongst women. Second place overall for the Polish Rafal Milczarczyk. Last but not least the 4.7 Laser with the win of Oz Adam from Israel, second and first amongst women the Finnish Ida Voutilainen and third the Croatian Jure Frozp.
